I will note here in beginning that this is the second of a possible series of articles I am writing on the subject of DISCLOSURE — the first of which is titled >> Disclosure: What It is and Isn’t and aims toward why the Control System cannot disclose an extraterrestrial presence. I am now moved to delve a bit deeper into a few key points made in that article and will share here openly that what is getting said is unfolding not unlike a conversation going on within myself.

In the first of this series of articles I put through the following:

• Genuine disclosure does not happen in 3D ( 3D is a planetary-level classroom ), and
• Genuine disclosure happens —as all reality does— from the inside out ONLY as one achieves a graduation status through the refinement process 3D invokes upon us.

It is not always with ease that we grow to move through a potential event or experience as it is unfolding which is beyond what is currently known. There are reasons it might be conducive, and beneficial to some others that I begin to share from my own body of direct experience, relative to what happens in the process of disclosure becoming actual first contact. Which, although indeed a process that does unfold across a period of time, is rapid in the general scheme of things and there is much, over the course of the process that can go awry.

What I would point to first is that we are not, as 3D incarnates accustomed to being approached from within. We have highly defined boundaries and through an illusory, visual effect of separation from others have become quite practiced in this. In 2009 when I began the process of expanding out beyond this illusion the first thing I felt enter my experience was a highly tangible presence — I felt it merging directly with me. I first tangibly detected this presence at my back ( the back body being the gateway to Spirit, the “unknown” ) decades ago in spiritual practice. Now the presence was merging with that of my own. It is what has in fact been the sustained and ongoing cause of my expansion. This is what begins happening, whether detected or not. Consciousness fields begin merging, — reality, or frequency fields begin merging.

Before moving on to explain further, I will say that when this began happening, as it was from the embodied state, the instantaneous, synchronous result was that MY CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM WENT INTO SHOCK. There was of course more than just the shock alone, there was an immense curiosity and re-awakened sense of aliveness. It was mostly the body, the interface I experience myself in and through in this Earth life that took the bulk of the hit. Not just the body, I have to emphasize this, but principally the body, which buffered the blow. It is possible, I must say, to lose the body in the process of a paradigm shift. In the process of disclosure and first contact.

Many of us do lose the body, and for more reasons than one. Perhaps in the next segment of this series we can go further into this. For the purpose of this segment I will continue by saying my central nervous system stayed in shock for 1-2 years, gradually diminishing over the course of the second due to a decidedly determined personal focus and will.

The inherent sensitivity of the process

It is important that I note the following at this juncture. The central nervous system shock I experienced, though enough in itself to potentially bring a body down (due to it just not being able to re-wire fast enough), was nothing next to what most people would experience, who carry a far larger tendency to judgment than myself, as well as highly ingrained political and religious belief systems. All this adds a level of challenge I am not certain any 3D Earth human could successfully navigate. The pathway would be through severe levels of fear and intricate mazes. The probability of getting lost in them, and/or experiencing loss of the body is near to certain.

There is much work on ourself each one of us must engage in prior to a shift from planetary-level to galactic-level experience. Not everyone prepares in the same way or at the same rate. This has to be honored and accepted to not set one’s own process toward going awry. There is not one of us who benefits from the future arriving faster than it can be processed.

It is for this reason and more that I have said:

“Forced disclosure will never happen. It is doomed always, by the nature of what it is (and isn’t) to collapse upon itself,—what is false will always be false —what is false/forced will never bring about anything real (any real change), a facade is the most it can achieve.“

I know many people reading here may be rooting for disclosure of a government type, for what are seen as lies and injustice in decades past to be exposed and the truth of an extraterrestrial presence revealed to the populous. Please know that I am about to say what I am because I care for you, all of you, deeply. Disclosure of this type is not disclosure. There is not now and not ever will there be an extraterrestrial presence in our 3D-Earth-space. This is a confusion that arises out of an unfamiliarity with frequencies, and the frequency in which all this does take place. Disclosure of this type would be in the category of forced disclosure which I personally feel IS A PART OF THE CATASTROPHE CYCLE. Please do not wish for it — it is not an evolution but the reverse. 

Between the 3RD and 4TH dimensions is a whole PARADIGM shift. It is a paradigm shift because it is where one sphere ( in which an incarnate is isolated to their planet of origin; 1-2-3D ) meets another sphere ( in which there is a graduation, release, and freedom to venture from that planet into all of galactic space; 4-5-6D ). It is not an easy shift to make, notably directly from the embodied state, as is possible, and as some are enacting *such as, I feel, myself, which is how I am able to report what I am,—even while experiencing this I am still in frequency range of many of you. And, you, within frequency range of others on this wave; we are all still reachable.

When I first began this process, making conscious shifts “out of body”, into and out of 3D Earth space, I was put through a training program which I will describe now in brief.

Kumbhaka

The first leg involved what the yogi’s call “kumbhaka”, breath cessation. I would witness myself slowly stop breathing. In the same way as when people “dying” may see their whole life flash before them in an instant — it is possible to stabilize, or suspend oneself in this state and (if not see specifically across time) see a larger picture of a whole paradigm. See in greater detail at a greater scope and scale than what is more usual. Achieving this state was step 1 of the training. From here I was re-familiarized with the Void, voids of different colors (I sometimes called these Interval Spaces, which I won’t go into here), and two different types of shifts.

Etheric Drills

The out of body experience, itself, points to a bleed-through area between dimensions which in our case, here in 3D, extends just to the inside and outside of 3D physical space. It is a very narrow bandwidth created at the 3D-4D border which I refer to as the ETHERIC frequency bandwidth specifically of our planet. It looks much the same as our 3D-physical Earth planet, but there are also differences, some of which are more internally experienced, such as the overlapping of fields and experiencing of others more directly within our own system – and some of which can be visibly seen. This is the area I would be brought to for what I came to call “etheric drills”. Step 2 of the training program. I was taught how to remain conscious through two main types of shifts.

The first type of shift was a dematerialization process wherein I myself would dematerialize from one environment into another. The moment I arrived, or came into a fully conscious status I would get pulled, dematerializing into location after location until I could hold the conscious state even through the shift portion itself, arriving on the far end of it still fully conscious. The second type of shift involved the environment itself dematerializing and re-materializing into that of another. This second type was the far, FAR more challenging. But I think I see, or am beginning to glean now why I was put through this training. Or……at least I was earlier today when all this first began writing itself through me again. I can sometimes barely hold on to what I am receiving.

It will return to me as I keep writing.

Recognizing the environmental-type of shift — ( global disclosure )

In the event of a global disclosure in actuality being announced I see two possible frameworks upon, or within which it could be happening, but only one of these is actually probable: 1 ) we’ve made the grade ( gradient change, brainwave shift ) and are moving through Earth’s etheric frequency bandwidth, the world around us changing to include the direct presence of extraterrestrial life, into 4D proper <— this is not the more probable as this space has nothing new to disclose to its populous; it is only the new arrival (you, me) who may need brought up to speed and this would not result in a global announcement, and 2 ) what is the more probable, the point in the 3D catastrophe cycle has begun and you/me/we….are about to experience it. There is a third possibility, if we want to distinguish it as such. The negative faction is attempting to run a false flag in order to fool incarnates into thinking the clock has run out. There is not a moment to lose if this is happening, as the likelihood for most people being fooled is in fact HIGH —(not unlike with the most recent previous test-run; the global virus announcement); fear once again invoking a mass wave of negative behaviors and tendencies in the populous. In this event:

Remember—let go, let go, let go, breathe and let go and rise above it all. It will begin occurring from within, the ways to be of the most benefit to everyone. As this becomes the focus and involvement, and as the 3D paradigm cycles down and readies to repeat, frequencies ( your own and the 3D Earth ) may gradually grow to be further and further apart. Service, love—love is always the service, is always what is most important. No matter where it is we find ourself.

The pathways of graduation

There are two pathways to graduation from 3D Earth space, 1 ) along the positive bent, and 2 ) along the negative bent. I say this to help show WHY the negative are reaching so strongly at this time (and crawling all over themselves in the process). It is incredibly challenging to graduate through the negative polarity. It may be for this reason that far fewer attempt it, I would guess roughly 5-7% in a population of our current size. Only the rarest among them will achieve it. This said, it is not much easier to graduate along the positive trajectory. As a reminder, love and acceptance ( and non-interference in the free-will of others ) is the way of those in a positive orientation. Resistance, force, ( infringement upon free-will ) is the way of those negatively oriented. What we often view ourselves as “helping” is in actuality infringement. It is a challenging lesson to learn. Judgment in the form of negative thoughts, actions, behaviors likewise de-polarizes the positive. We are where we are in the process -all this is just to state the somewhat obvious. The most important point of focus at this or any time is oneself.

Natural disclosure, as it occurs in right time, from the withinness of our ourselves outward, is itself a spiritual process; it is up to each one experiencing the process to realize this. It is not something one can effectively be told—like the process itself it must be realized.

Words mean little next to actual direct experience.

Recently, a well-known Air Force base released a statement to the effect that no ET craft or extraterrestrial (non-human life form) has ever been present on the base. Let yourself see how this can be said in truth. The words are important, names and forms are important.

In the shift in frequencies one shifts also in form and name. Including this base, as it exists and is named in the etheric frequency bandwidth, which would not be the same as in the 3D-physical frequency bandwidth. It is an incredibly important distinction to begin to make. So the mis-step of the focus on and attempt to right “wrongs and lies” is not taken.

Instead, the actual shift into the galactic reality is.
