Generally it is for something far more pleasant, that I find myself here at our website at the whiteboard to write an article.. usually on the subject of consciousness, spirituality, the out of body experience, dream walking, conscious contact. Today is not such a day.

Today I am here to make an official public statement.

It is something you never really give a lot of thought to, prior to it happening, and when it does, it sure does come with a kick, which is exactly how I feel—like I’ve been kicked. A week ago this past Friday I discovered there is a person out there stealing my work (the crystal contact work). I know who this person is, she found me, I believe, following the interview I did with Kerry Cassidy on Project Camelot near two years ago now. She found my Patreon, climbed on board, began following the contacts and is one of the very few people who have ever left comments to me there on that platform. It was surreal, to say the least, as I have never had to do it before—going through the process of banning her, to the extent that I can from our entire platform.

What follows will be a full disclosure of what happened.

Let me start from the beginning.

A person who is in association with the woman who is stealing my work (who is out there claiming to others that my photos are hers, going onto podcasts plagiarizing my process with the crystals relative to ET contact)—came to me for a rendering request. As part of the process of making a request, I now place as a criteria that you first join our forum board and introduce yourself to the small group of us gathered there. I began speaking with this person and asking questions to assist in the feeling of ease in communicating with us. In replying back to me, some weeks later, the person links me to a podcast in which s/he is a guest. I visit the link, and after listening in for a while see a thumbnail of a woman posed next to a couple of my crystal contact photos.

I listened in aghast, at 5-38 minutes, as this woman spoke utter non-sense while at times searching her memory for what I myself have said in the past. She clearly had not been studying me very closely, nothing came from her but sensationalized gobbledygook. Nor does she seem to understand the beings transmitting to us through the crystals are not actually IN the crystals but rather in their own level of physical space -within which, ours is nicely nestled. In a similar sort of way as we can look down at an ant by our feet, while at the same time the ant having an extremely limited awareness of us, 2D nestles squarely within our 3D space. In other words, what I am trying to say, is that the galactic-level beings, though at their own frequency, are right here. The crystal is just a means by which I may make this visible to us, when more generally it is not.

The very night I found the podcast I wrote to both of the show hosts who had uploaded the podcast to their respective channels— the first Shaun Attwood, with near a million viewers, and the second Ron Swanson, with a channel by the name of Project ROOQ.

Shaun wrote me back near immediately with a brief unsigned statement:

“I have received your email and I am happy to resolve this however you would like. Would you like to for us to include a link to your original work creating you in the description box of each video?”

I wrote Shaun back as follows:

“Thank you for your quick reply, Shaun, ( is this Shaun? ).

First I would simply just like you to know you have put out incorrect information on your channel, relative to the contact and communication through the crystal and WHO is actually behind this ability, specifically as displayed in the photos belonging to me shared on your channel and Ron’s podcast. I welcome the sharing of my work so long as proper credit is given. I have corrected some of the verbal misinformation by speaking to some of the people in the comments. If Ron would really like to know more about how all this works I welcome speaking to him personally off camera. I do not wish to be disruptive of your channel or any of the shows you have published to it. If you would simply in the show notes state the correction you have discovered that would be fine and I thank you. Something along the line of >>

Shaun replied with another equally immediate brief statement to the effect that he would add the correction to the show notes and put me in touch with Ron, both of which he did, and placing the notice right at the very top of the show notes, which I appreciated. The show also nudged the woman, who we will now call by name – Beverli – to write me. In her letter she acknowledged absolutely no wrongdoing at all. In fact, she went on about a pre-discussion that began last year in which she had asked to use my photographs in a book she was publishing this year (2025). I had no idea at that time she might use them in a way that gave the illusion that they were hers, but I do now. I ended all discussion all on the matter by irrevocably stating that my work in its entirely is to be left out of her book. She was, in her own words “astonished and at a loss for words.” An utter lack of acknowledgment of what she had done, and as goes without saying, no apology.

At this point I still had not heard from Ron, and having had time now to more thoroughly view the podcast I discovered Ron, himself, is the one boxing over my signatures, right there in real time. This, along with Beverli’s stance caused me to have to write once more to Shaun, just as courtesy to let him know things had now changed for me. I had wanted to give the trio the opportunity to, on their own, apologize and set things right but it appeared now this was not going to happen. So—

I wrote again to Shaun:

Shaun,

I am truly sorry to have to write you again. I had hoped what we had discussed would be enough.

I have had proper time now to more thoroughly view (via far more sets of eyes than just mine) the podcast episode we have been discussing.

When I wrote to you prior, I had not yet discovered that Ron, himself, was complicit in the fraud that Beverli is conducting on your respective channels. I am bringing to your attention that at multiple junctures in the podcast, Ron himself is blocking out my signatures and data at the bottom right of my photos; he is not quite quick enough at two junctures and leaves my information clearly showing before, at one point, even verbally saying “just a moment, let me fix something.” — at which point he boxes over my information **see 37:55. This — along with the lack of any acknowledgment at all on Beverli’s part of having done anything wrong ( and I mean none at all ) — changes things for me. I am still giving you, yourself, the benefit of the doubt, that you had no knowledge, though if you would confirm this for me I would appreciate it. As for Ron and Beverli, something more is necessary to help prevent this from happening again.

I realize I may seem small, but I can assure you I am encircled by a quite large spiritual family, both in and beyond 3D, having been active in Spirituality via intense spiritual disciplines for multiple decades. I am humble but not exactly unknown. More and more people will discover what has happened here. 

I would like to rectify things before the larger community gets involved, and, if appropriate, also put your name in the clear.

I think a public, on-air apology from Ron and Beverli is called for.

It would seem we are all bound until legitimately working this out.

Although Shaun did NOT confirm to me he was not involved he did write back this brief statement, which to-date stands as the only semblance of apology:

“I’m sorry to learn this has happened! I shall immediately remove Bev’s videos from my channel and I’ll urge Ron & Bev to accommodate your requests.

This said, Shaun continues, for the moment, to work with Beverli, who he seems to have been bringing on board as another host for his channel.

I will share that, following my second letter to him, Ron finally did find the time to respond. In this letter he says he had no idea the photos were not Beverli’s. **Even though, just to be thorough and say, my signature and website are written plainly on them and he, himself, is boxing them over LIVE on the air. I am open to listening to how it is he could not have known. It is somewhat possible they were sent to him just in time for the show and he did not have or make time to research the matter. He, Beverli and Shaun have worked a great deal on shows together the past two months. So there may be trust built. And Ron is a family man with 7 children. I do want to believe him. I just can’t fathom why he, as well as Shaun would continue working with anyone who would do this, not just to me but to them. Their shows are clearly a means of their own financial support.

At the moment I just don’t know. Who is innocent and who is complicit, and to what degree. It is possible I will never know. I will have to get good with this.

Note: I have been documenting this whole event online and in real time as it is unfolding, in the event I require this (and its time stamps) at some later time. I hope I do not, and that all this questionable behavior will rightly cease.

The part that gets to me the most about all of this is that I have had to make changes to our platform (regarding privacy) and to how I will and will not be able to share our work going forward. As I have shared in the recorded official statement posted above, I am learning a large lesson in what has happened and am taking it all in as a net positive. I feel the changes to the way the work will be shared now may be a in a way that everyone enjoys EVEN MORE.

I continue to work on the resolution of all this.

As it is something that has happened, I now have the role of performing my due diligence. Notifying the spiritual community so that those within its folds are more alert and to help prevent this from happening again and to potentially someone else.

I will continue to make addendums to this article as anything new potentially unfolds. As for now, this is my official public statement about the matter.
